    Not included

    • Air pressure testing and sound testing on site
    • Overheating (Part O) assessments, quoted separately
    • Planning-stage energy statements or whole life-cycle carbon reporting
    • Re-modelling after a wholesale design change, quoted as an addition
    • Building control fees and any local authority charges

Work is modelled from your drawings and specification at design stage, then updated to the as-built position at completion. Guide prices start from £150 for a single plot and from £350 for non-domestic SBEM, with a fixed written quote issued before any work starts. Part L Consultant is a sister brand of Team EPC Ltd.
